hello followers...

its been two days and i am back on again, must be getting back into this blogging business now :-) i hope you enjoyed reading the last update on my life in the past two years...

i added some pictures of andy and i just so that you have a few nice images to look at :-) if you also click on this link, it will take you to the blogsite of our wedding photographer...here you will find some pictures from our "pre-wedding" shoot that we did with him a few weeks ago on a lovely yet cold sunday afternoon.

this post i have added some pictures from my hen do (bachelorette/bridal shower) for you to have a sneaky peak through...it was such a lovely day; with afternoon tea and some games at the hilton hotel in liverpool followed by a trip to the theatre and then on for some crazy greek dancing at a local greek restaurant...all in all i had the best day ever and its all thanks to my mum and and sisters...with a little help from the rest of my bridesmaids too!

so, this week has been quite stressful for andy and i...he has lots of assessments which are extremely important for his navy career so we have certainly been on our knees a lot and relying on the Lord...but the Lord has answered prayer and andy has come out the top dog! which is boss...so proud :-) may mean not seeing him for longer because of it though...but what will be will be :-)

other than that...ive had a few shifts in work and wedding prep in the day - spending way too much money...

anyhow, i shall leave you will this verse...and some pictures....

A little update...

So...

It has been forever! Literally, about 2 years now, wow!! so much has happened I cannot begin to explain...however here is a little update from the past 2 years...

Well...I met Mr Andrew Davey at Christmas 2009, he joined the navy for officer training in January 2010...we spoke everyday since we met...went to a ball, fell in love and 2 years later we are getting married in 5 weeks time...then it will be packing bags to move into our swish apartment in Portsmouth...massive changes...lots to take in, but God had his hand upon everything and he is moving us for a reason, I just pray we can be of use in Portsmouth!

Other than that...my sister katie is moving to Florida for a whole year :-( to work for Disney, we will miss her so much but it's a fab opportunity for her! We hope to visit whilst she is out there too...50% off hotels n free park tickets, errr yes please!! Ha!!

So we are both moving and living little Laura (or not so little anymore) to survive on her own with mum and dad...bless!

Anyhow, sleep time!

well well well....



had a bit of a break (lack of) blogging for a while....and for that i will apologise!

well my hair is once again gone back to purple....oh how i love having my crazy moments ;) this time is was in asda when i saw the deal that was on the hair dye......you only live once!



what made it funnier is being described a few days later by a very close friend as "a quality street, you know the purple one"



had a "dad's day" yesterday.......he took us out for breakfast at the tavern and then also out for tea and the cinema....spoiled, i love, i love!



so yeh, other than that.....not much else has happened! but life is good....i am setting up my blogger to my blackberry now! and so they will be more frequent than my current lack of posts!

busy weekend really....

dad was induced into bridge officially, so that was fun ♥

was boss seeing everyone from wem again.....made the mistake of saying "wem is the best" without thinking to a few people from the bridge, whoops!

but hey ho, thats life!

soo....it seems that i have some brains ;) found out a coursework mark today...worth 50% of this year and i got a first.....or an A+ (for those who dunno what a first is ;) )

i am in shock still....but its exciting stuff :)

its been a little while....but i am back (horray!!)

i dont know what to write really, as life if pretty simple at the moment and not much is happening at all.

my little sis laura has broken her foot though so she is all casted up and her school keep sending her work via email (mum decided she was goin to ask for some for her....bit harsh!!)

been prayin alot lately about the people in haiti...unbelievable how they are still pulling people out alive. i just feel for those who may never be found in amoungst the rubble and mess.....i pray that God will surround them with love and they may feel him there.....in their time of need. because we know that God is a God of compassion!

well my daddy dearest is being induced into the bridge chapel this saturday at 3 (so if your free....you can always pop along and support fam whiteway!!)

looking forward to having one of my favourite girlies coming to stay with me tomorrow night...ella and then having the rest of the gorgeous lord's join us for breaky at the tavern on saturday morning.

along with that....a veryyy old friend bec is coming up to liverpool on saturday and staying with me til mon so thats gunna be fab...its been way too long!!

great to see so many youth come through the doors of the church once more!!
have to say i didnt realise how competative i have become...ian's games were boss though!!
and "ladders" scouse style happens to be alot more violent than everyone else's version, ha!

oh yeah and had a lovely night out with my girlies....hayls, soph and con on thursday ♥ us two happy house couples hit garlands :)

thats about my life at the mo .... except our laura broke her foot the other day :(
so she is miss hop-a-long at the moment!
