well today was pretty fun :)
started off the day going for a lovely little brunch with some girlies from church at the tavern on smithdown in liverpool. absalutly wonderful food in that place, and quite reasonably priced too....cost me a fiver for a lovely american breakfast (eggs,bacon,toast...the works really) andddd included in that is all the cups of tea you could ask for - could it get any better please?
then, afterwould i headed off into town to get some last bits and pieces for christmas. though on the way back i went into autopilot and being my usual self - a div - i got off at the stop for my house...rather than my parents (which is where i am staying with it being the christmas hols and all)
but despite the slight incovenience of having to pay two bus fares, i discovered i had some post from a friend in south africa with an even better suprise - my fave south african sweet - jelly tot sourz was in the bundle :)
after eventually getting home...i wrapped a few presents and made a few christmas cards, yup thats right - handmade by moi....excellent :)
daddy dearest then cooked up a mexican tonight as we had les and kathy over for tea...and now i am being amused by watchin my father play tennis against our laura on the wii - he is actually out of breath - haha!

well...thats my day today
